Happy Days Services Professionalism
and Workplace Etiquette, Virtual Instructor Led Training

This one hour VILT training came as a request from management and leadership as a result of supervisor and staff suggestions to the company suggestion box. Staff were noticing a lack of etiquette in email communications and during onboarding shadowing. As a result it was requested for new hires to be educated on the values of the organization, as well as email and shadowing etiquette while providing scenarios that arise while providing services. This VILT was incorporated as part of new employee onboarding training to prepare for shadowing and engagement in services.
